On March 9th, 2016, the California Council of Land Trusts recognized Amigos de los Rios for the vision, creativity and success it has provided in the creation of the Emerald Necklace Park Network.
The award was presented at the 2016 California Land Conservation Conference—the largest land and water conservation gathering in the state. The event brought together leaders in California’s land conservation community.
We are very honored by this recognition and would like to thank the Executive Director, Darla Guenzler, and everyone else that made the conference a great success.
