Under her direction, Amigos de Los Rios, also known as the Emerald Necklace Group has collaborated with a myriad agency and community partners to outline an APA award-winning (2016) regional green infrastructure vision known as the Emerald Necklace Expanded Vision Plan.

Mark leads the community planning practice for the Ontario office of PlaceWorks. Mark brings 20+ years of experience leading award-winning community planning projects for local government, cities, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations. Among others, projects include comprehensive general plans, housing studies, healthy community projects, and municipal service reviews.

Monica is a strategy and research professional who serves as Director of Business Development for Neuro Talent Works. Monica’s wide-ranging experience in banking, consulting, business development and research, spanning 20+ years in the U.S. Hispanic, Latin American, and General Markets, allows her to offer well-rounded perspectives, effective plans and insightful recommendations for clients. Her current focus is on helping social impact entities define strategy and develop internal organizational systems.

Alex Rusin

Alex serves as VP of Finance for Personify, he has fifteen years of diverse experience derived from living in 5 countries and working in 10+. He graduated in the top 5% of class at Wharton (MBA) and is relied on by C-suite leaders at Fortune 100 companies, startups, and non-profits to deliver actionable answers and tangible results. Prior to Personify, Alex has lead cross-functional and GTM projects in Samsung’s U.S. office of the CEO and CFO – particularly on Direct to Consumer (DTC), digital transformation, and new business priorities.
